**The Discovery Package is sponsored and supported by the developer of Heritage Shores and is intended exclusively for qualified prospective purchasers of newly constructed homes within the community. Package details, accommodations, amenities, pricing, and incentives are subject to availability and may be changed or canceled without notice. The package includes accommodations and amenities for up to two (2) guests, and at least one guest must be age 55 or older. Both guests must be actively considering the purchase of a new home in a 55+ community and are required to attend all scheduled new home sales presentations during their stay. Guests must meet with each participating builder, including Brookfield Residential and Ryan Homes, and should allow approximately one and a half (1.5) hours for each builder presentation. Failure to attend required presentations may result in forfeiture of package incentives or future eligibility. The Discovery Stay Package fee is $375 and includes accommodations for up to two qualified guests. Upon the purchase of a home from Brookfield Residential or Ryan Homes, the $375 package fee will be credited toward closing costs, subject to the builder's applicable terms and conditions. The maximum occupancy of the Discovery Stay Cottage is four (4) guests. Up to two (2) additional guests may be added for an additional fee of $375, which must be paid at the time of booking. Reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival, and all additional guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Dining expenses for additional guests are not included in the package and must be paid at the time of the meal. ****Guests may purchase one round of golf at a discounted rate of $50 per person during their stay. A gift card redeemable for one future complimentary round of golf will be mailed following completion of the Discovery Stay. Pets are not permitted in the Discovery Stay Cottages; however, documented and certified service dogs are welcome.
